Millions of students use Acadar to prepare for their exams. They come to the ExamPlay gameboard. Choose exam areas and dash off to either the Exam Hall or Practice Ground. As they click on each question, Acads are deducted from their accounts and credited to the ExamProf who contributed the question. Exampad is the platform for contributing exam-grade questions to the ExamBank
Prospect
The prospect of earning from ExamPad is infinite. Each question contributed there can be used by an infinite number of users.
Let's take an example of Singh, an ExamProf from New Delhi. He has 550 exam-grade questions in his ExamBank in Medical Anatomy. The potential demand for his questions stretches across the world from those preparing for USMLE exams to Medical students from around the world who must practice for their upcoming professional exams. If in any given month 100,000 clicks were recorded at about 1.5 cents per use for each question, he earns $825000(Eight hundred and twenty- five thousand US dollars!).
That is assuming he has only 550 questions and only 100, 000 users click his questions worldwide. In the peak of exam activity, especially just before a major exam, millions can actually use the same exam resource.

Quality
All questions are expected to meet Acadar standards. In addition to the requirements that all fields be entered in the Entry Pad, the quality of the questions will be reviewed by the Standard and Quality Assurance Team before it will be allowed into the ExamBank. Reviewed questions not accepted into ExamBank after thorough review by experts will be buffered in the Sandbox for 45 days. The Sandbox holds questions that you are expected to improve upon. After that it will be relegated to the Recycle Pad where it will be made available for others to improve upon.
Questions on the Recycle Pad can be redeemed by any interested expert by reworking on it to meet the standards. If after 21 days it is nobody volunteered to refurbish the question it may be purged from the Recycle Pad. Note that whoever refurbished any question in the Recycle Pad gets reclaims credit for it as the original contributor.
Also, as your question is being played in ExamPlay Gameboard, comments may be collated which you are expected to review and act upon on. Repetitive negative comments not acted upon may warrant demoting the question to the Sandbox.
Earnings and Remittances
ExamProfs earn an average about 30% of the per-use charge of each question they contribute. The per-use charge is based on how much users are charged each time they click your question. This charge may vary from exam to exam and may reviewed anytime by management.
Payments are made through checks sent to your chosen address. You can always alter this from the Settings tab on ExamPad. Payments are only processed for earnings of $100 and above. Computations are done in dollars.
